Baki Hanma vs Kengan Ashura Ending Explained: Who Wins in the Anime Fight of the Century?
Baki Hanma vs. Kengan Ashura finally dropped on the 6th of June, 2024 and it was nothing short of amazing for action anime fans around the globe. Getting Keisuke Itagaki’s Baki Hanma and Yabako Sandrovich and Daromeon’s Kengan Ashura having a crossover was something that got fight fans really excited to see characters from both animes go back and forth.
The crossover fights were definitely something to behold. However, it might not have been the ending most fans were expecting from the movie. So, here is how the highly anticipated movie played out.

The highly anticipated crossover movie, Baki Hanma vs. Kengan Ashura was no less than the Clash of Titans, as the movie put some incredible fights. However, the movie ended on some sort of cliffhanger as Baki Hanma and Ohma Tokita’s match was interrupted by none other than Yuujirou Hanma himself. However, this isn’t all, as the strongest creature in the world might have met his match with Kuroki Gensai.

The first fight in the tournament was against Saw Paing vs. Hanayama Kaoru. It was a fight between years of training, going up against just straight-up pure brute strength. In this instance, brute strength prevailed over years of hard work and perseverance.
The second fight between Jack Hanma and Raian Kure was as violent as could get. Jack Hanma surprised everyone as he pushed through his limit, biting off the skin of Raian Kure as he was getting overpowered. However, the fight came to a stop after Pickle jumped into the fight, giving Raian the win by disqualification.
However, the movie gave the fans what they wanted as we saw Baki Hanma take on Ohma Tokita, the infamous demon back, taking on Possessing Spirit. However, the fight was cut short due to the interference of none other than Yuujirou Hanma, leading the fight into a no-contest. However, chances are that we would see a part two as there was some unresolved tension between Yuujirou Hanma and Kuroki Gensai.

Hanayama’s raw strength: Remember Chiba Shion, that confident Kengan fighter? Yeah, his confidence got shattered (literally) by Kaoru Hanayama. One earth-shaking punch from Hanayama sent Shion flying, reminding everyone why he’s considered one of the strongest fighters in the Baki universe. Hanayama’s display of strength definitely left most fans speechless.
Raian’s Savage Domination: Let’s face it, Raian Kure is a force of nature. His fight against Jack Hanma was a slugfest of epic proportions. Raian’s continuous attacks and Jack’s incredible durability kept most of us on the edge of our seats. Seeing Jack finally unleash his demon jaw technique was awesome, but Raian’s savage dominance ultimately secured victory for Kengan Ashura. It was by far the best fight in the movie.
Ohma calms Pickle: Seeing the ever-aggressive Ohma calm down the enraged Pickle was a total surprise. This moment showed a more compassionate and empathetic side to Ohma’s character that we hadn’t seen much before. It was a heartwarming twist that left us with a newfound respect for the Kengan champion.
