Megan Thee Stallion Faces Harassment Lawsuit
A former cameraman who used to accompany the singer to events and functions has accused Megan Thee Stallion of harassment and a hostile work environment. The details of the case outline that Stallion trapped the cameraman in a moving vehicle while she engaged in s*xual intercourse with other women. The cameraman was forced to watch as he couldn’t leave.
As reported by NBC, Emilio Garcia filed the suit on Tuesday and further stated that Stallion asked him to keep quiet and not tell anyone else what he saw in the vehicle. The trauma did not stop there as the singer went on to fat-shame and insult the cameraman, treating him differently from there on. On the other hand, Stallion’s attorney claims,
“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court.”
The two have been working together since 2018 till 2023. The lawsuit brings to light the reality of off-camera relationships between celebrities and their crew. Garcia also stated that he felt entirely uncomfortable and frozen as Stallion began engaging with the other woman right next to him.
