Rexha has already been a victim of one such fan during a concert last year, and she does not seem to be feeling very generous about such activities anymore. She is not the first artist who has spoken openly and condemned such actions. This time around, she has been unyielding regarding a fan attempting to throw something at her.

Bebe Rexha has been in the music industry for more than a decade. She began her career as a professional songwriter and penned hit songs for singers like Eminem, Nick Jonas, and Selena Gomez. She has also made some hit singles with collaborators like Louis Tomlinson, Nicki Minaj, David Guetta, and Doja Cat.

Tossing things on the stage in excitement while watching one’s favorite artist perform is not unheard of. This, however, does not mean that it is acceptable considering it could result in a grievous accident that could severely hurt the artist or one of the performers. Even artists like Adele have spoken up against such activities.

Recently, Rexha became the target of one such incident as a fan kept throwing things at her during her concert. Having been a victim of such a fan before, it did not take long for the I’m Good singer to lose her cool as she was seen aggressively asking the fan to leave the concert.

If you hit me with something on stage i’ll take you for everything you’ve f***ing done.

This is not the first time Rexha has had to face such a situation. In June 2023, she had to visit the hospital after being hit by a cell phone. Fans have shown their support for the songstress’ actions against the concert-goer.

The songstress has previously faced backlash for gaining weight, which she later revealed to be due to her PCOS diagnosis on The Jennifer Hudson Show. Fans have been very supportive of her throughout all of this.

According to Rolling Stone, last year, during a show, a New Jersey native Nicolas Malvagna threw a phone at Rexha and allegedly he did it because “it would be funny”. Well, it certainly was not fun for the singer who was hit above the eye and had to get stitches.

That said, not so long ago, the I’m a Mess singer went on a furious rant as she threatened to expose the music industry’s dark side. Upon being prompted, she claimed that speaking out puts artists in a difficult position and that fans’ support has given her courage. She has been vocal about the industry’s toxic culture in the past.
