A representative for the Sag Harbor Police Department shared with NBC that the singer remains in police custody, and the department will soon be sharing a formal statement regarding the arrest. They also added that nobody was hurt.

The singer recently performed on-stage in Miami and is scheduled to perform at Chicago’s United Center during the weekends and two at NYC’s Madison Square Garden. There hasn’t been much information shared about the incident except that he has been accused of driving while intoxicated.

Justin Timberlake reunites with *NSYNC on the Forget Tomorrow tour

Earlier this year, GMA reported that the Prince of Pop did not just reunite with his former band for his sixth studio album, Everything I Thought It Was, but they also reunited at The Wiltern during his One Night Only stop. The group, consisting of members Joey Fatone, JC Chasez, Lance Bass, and Chris Kirkpatrick, appeared on stage alongside Timberlake, as they performed their new song Paradise.

The appearance of the members marked the first time the *NSYNC has performed live since 2013 when they came together to celebrate Timberlake’s Video Vanguard Award. The band also released a single for the Trolls Band Together movie, titled Better Place.

According to THR, Timberlake, who was once again dragged into the controversy after Framing Britney Spears was released, said in his third show:

I feel like we’ve grown up together. I’ve grown up with you, and you’ve grown up with me. I’m never going to forget it, and I have so much gratitude for each and every one of you here tonight.
