Lohan became the talk of the town at the time for various reasons, and thus the period saw a very talented actress’ career go downhill. She not only started to lose roles in movies but her image and reputation was also affected. After staying away from the limelight for a while, the actress returned to acting, which was filmed in the docuseries Lindsay. The return of Lindsay Lohan to the spotlight raised some eyebrows, but it was not for her profession but for her appearance.

Plastic surgeon talks about Lindsay Lohan’s cosmetic producers

Lindsay Lohan is one of the actresses who has grown in the public eye as she started working at a very young age. Her name is instantly associated with movies including Mean Girls, Freaky Friday, The Parent Trap, and more, along with her troubled personal life. In recent times, the conversation surrounding the actress has shifted from her work to her appearance.

Fans started to notice subtle changes in Lohan’s appearance as her face looked slightly different. Surprisingly, instead of how celebrities are put under the spotlight when it comes to cosmetic surgeries, Lindsay Lohan’s appearance was seen as a celebration of her evolution. Fans were excited for her to embrace a new chapter in her life and noted that changes in her appearance were graceful.

A plastic surgeon, Dr. J.B. Aesthetic, took to his social media to explain the changes in Lohan’s appearance and appreciated the professionals for being so precise and clean while working on her face. He said,

If we look at her face from over a decade ago, we can see signs of overfilling, predominantly in the cheeks and lips. Her nose is broader and less defined. Then, for a few years, she went through her face had a characteristic appearance of overfilling where the face looked puffy and had that uniform look.

The professional went ahead to compare Lohan’s appearance in recent times and mentioned that her face is what a good non-surgical and surgical work looks like, adding that there are so many different treatments that would have gone to achieve the appearance. He mentioned that procedure must have involved some degree of weight loss to dissolve all her previous fillers. Then actress must have had them re-done more precisely and in smaller quantities, probably in the mid-face cheeks and lips.

From a surgical perspective, it looks like she’s had an upper blepharoplasty because her eyes are more open and there’s less skin laxity in this area. Her nose is much sharper and more defined from rhinoplasty.

He concluded that her face has a more natural look to it now than it did a few years ago. Just like a medical professional, fans have also embraced and admired Lohan’s evolution. She now has a more healthy and balanced lifestyle compared to when she was young which also shows on her face.

She recently made head turns at the Kering Foundation’s Caring for Women dinner event (via Vogue), which she attended donning a stunning off-the-shoulder dress with black sheer lace and hand-sewn crystals.

To celebrate 20 years of the movie’s release, the actresses spoke to the New York Times in 2023, where Lohan was asked what the movie meant to her at that point in her career. The actress shared,

As an 11-year-old, The Parent Trap felt so big to me. I threw myself into everything: accents, green screens, playing two people. So I felt comfortable after that. Freaky Friday felt different because I was going through all of the phases of a 16-year-old. This was the era of Avril Lavigne and punk, and I wanted to experience that. We did white stripes in my hair. I put colorist Tracy Cunningham through hell because I took my nice red hair and just bleached it.

At the time, the actresses were asked about what they thought about a sequel, and Jamie Lee Curtis replied that when she went around the world with Halloween Ends, she met a lot of people who wanted to know when the sequel would come. She added that it touched her heart that people still remembered their movie, so she came back and spoke to her friends in Disney to tell them that there should be a sequel.

Now they are all set to appear on screen together. Jamie Lee Curtis, during her interview for her movie Borderlands, appreciated Lohan for being a great mom to her son Luia. She added (via Variety) that being a parent changes you as a human and noted that Lohan is very conservative. Curtis mentioned that Lohan is at a stage where she’s at work and watching her son on the phone as he has started to walk.

Jamie Lee Curtis said Lohan is a great mom; she is very happy, and they are having a fun time. Freakier Friday is scheduled for a 2025 release.
