10 Spider-Man Villains Who Are Yet To Feature In A Spider-Man Movie
With great power, comes great responsibility. Well, the saying goes perfect for Spider-Man as he has one too many enemies and he continues to make more. But when it comes to the big screen, not every villain has been chosen. Some of our favourites are, of course, the Green Goblin, Doc Ock, and more. But did you know about the villains that have not made it to the big screen yet? Check it out!
1. Kraven The Hunter
Kraven the Hunter is coming to the big screen and Aaron-Taylor Johnson is playing the part. He has previously played Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Speaking of the character, he is one of the best Spidey villains and has some really strong storylines that can be adapted.
2. Doppelganger
If the character was to ever come to the big screen, the special effects would have to go through the roof. However, changing the origin of this Spidey villain is not tough as it could be the result of a failed experiment by Dr Curt Connors and Bruce.
3. Scorpion
Scorpion has already been teased in the after-credit scenes of Homecoming. Mac Gargan is ready for Peter and can make up for a great challenge after No Way Home.
4. Kingpin
Finally, Kingpin is a part of the MCU after appearing in the fifth episode of Hawkeye. Considering there are three more Spider-Man movies coming, having Kingpin against the wall-crawler sounds like a great choice.
5. Morbius
Jared Leto is all set to receive some love for playing Morbius in the upcoming film with the same name. If Spider-Man was to get a horror-esque theme, Morbius is the just kind of villain you need. Also, they share a strong comic history.
6. Prowler
After seeing the character in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, it’s possible that we might see Prowler as and when Miles Morales come to the big screen. Honestly, it could happen any moment now.
7. Carnage
We all saw Venom: Let There Be Carnage and learned a little about Carnage. But his history with Spider-Man is something that needs to come to the big screen because it will make up for great cinema.
8. Hammerhead
If there is a Spider-Man college trilogy, Hammerhead could make the perfect street-level villain for Spider-Man to take care of. Even though the character has great strength, it would only appear as a side character for someone like Kingpin.
9. Chameleon
If you didn’t know, then he is actually Kraven’s half-brother. Moreover, the first villain that Spider-Man fights in the comics is Chameleon. For live-action, the character would be just perfect furthermore setting up Peter vs. Kraven.
10. Tombstone
Last but not the least, Tombstone. Just like Hammerhead, he can bring the perfect street-level mayhem and set up Spider-Man’s encounter with heroes like The Punisher and Daredevil (which we already saw). Who is your favourite Spider-Man villain? Let us know in the comments below!
