Directed by Noah Baumbach, the film was nominated in six categories at the Oscars with Laura Dern winning one for Best Supporting Actress.

In a world where humans have progressed highly with Artificial Intelligence technology, a lonely writer in LA starts a friendship with his AI which turns into love. But the couple soon realizes theirs is a challenging relationship.
The film has Joaquin Phoenix in the lead. Directed by Spike Jonze, Her features Johansson as Samantha, the voice of the AI. The film received rave reviews on its release and was nominated at the Academy Awards in five categories, winning Best Original Screenplay.
Rotten Tomatoes meter reads an impressive 94% for the film.
