There’s still a lot of time left for Avengers 4 to hit the screens and the fans are already excited for the conclusion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe! Here is all you would want to know about the upcoming movie:

We don’t know the title yet!!
We haven’t yet received any information about the title of Avengers 4 and even creatives like Kevin Feige has referred it as Untitled Avengers. We are certain that the title is going to be Avengers but speculations are still on regarding its subtitle. The title wasn’t revealed because it would’ve been a spoiler for infinity War and we’ll have to wait a bit more to know the official name.
Characters returning for Avengers 4.
We’ve already heard rumors that nearly every major MCU character has been spotted in the filming and Captain America and Black Widow might have a more major role in the film. Small characters like Happy Hogan will be back in the universe but there will be newer and unseen additions in the film.
Ant-Man, Valkyrie, Wasp and Hawkeye are all expected to be seen in Avengers 4.
New characters added!
These include the likes of The Wasp along with Fury and Hill. Wasp who had been waiting to debut on big screen will make a proper start with Ant-Man and the Wasp before starting in Avengers 4.
Apart from these, Brie Larson will join the MCU as Captain Marvel and along with her a younger hero might join the Avengers as an older Cassie Lang.
Infinity War’s post credits scene set up the stage for Captain Marvel:
In the post credit scene of Infinity War, we see Nick Fury and Maria Hill where Hill starts turning into ash and Fury uses his modified pager (Captain Marvel’s 90’s setting) and sends a signal before turning into ashes himself. The fans who aren’t familiar with what that symbol means, it belongs to Captain Marvel and it forecasts her entry into Avengers 4.
Some characters will get a makeover!
We might see Bucky transforming from the Winter Solider into something else and if we go by the leaked concept art or the set images, Hawkeye will get transformed into Ronin. Vision can also be seen differently after Thanos extracted the Mind Stone from him. He might be revived differently by film makers.
Story of Avengers 4 and Time Stone!
This is more of a question mark yet but we can expect the Avengers along with Guardians of the Galaxy trying to stop Thanos, if Avengers 4 would be a proper follow up of Infinity War. It would be difficult to stop the mad Titan, now that half of the Heroes have been vanished into thin air by Thanos.
The Time Stone can come into play and we can experience a time jump where Avengers 4 might open on a totally different timeline. Even the set photos hint that the events of the battle of New York in Avengers (2012) might be revived again. Doctor Strange’s Eye of Agamotto is actually the Time Stone that opens a lot of doors to examine the past or even bring back characters from the dead.
Captain America: Civil War introduced B.A.R.F technology which is used by Tony Stark to recreate memories using holograms. From the set photos, we assume that B.A.R.F would be in use in Avengers 4.
Massive Team Up scene!
Of course, this film will be the reunion of a number of Marvel Heroes and in fact, one of the scenes will have more than 40 characters, as confirmed by Sebastian Stan. So brace yourself for awesomeness and jaw dropping action.
Writers and directors of Infinity War are returning back!
The movie will have the same writers and directors as used in Infinity War; the Russo brothers and writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. The trio has worked together on Winter Soldier and Civil War before this so we can definitely expect them to deliver the goodies!
However, they might take a break after working continuously on projects but we’re sure they have a bright future with Marvel.
Avengers 4 was originally Infinity War Part 2.
We remember when Marvel scaled the films of the end of Phase 3 and the title of Avengers 4 was originally Infinity War but shortly with the dawn of Spider-Man and Ant-Man getting his sequel and Inhumans becoming a TV show than a film, things changed for Marvel. Whether this means that plot has changed, remains a question that only time will answer.
End of one arc and beginning of another.
Ever since Iron Man, Marvel has broken their universe into three phases, where Iron Man has been telling a long story while Thanos has been lurking on the outskirts hunting for Infinity stones while the heroes on Earth and across the galaxy come together to face their biggest enemy yet. Avengers 4 will end the Phase 3 of MCU and will begin a new phase. According to Russos, Avengers 4 finished what was started by Winter Soldier.
The poster hasn’t been released yet!
There have been rumors about a concept art been leaked but Marvel hasn’t yet owned any rights to it so it’ll be safe to assume that the marketing of the movie is still a few months away. We speculate that the poster will be published after a teaser is dropped by Marvel.
