Batman: Arkham Legacy Will Let You Play As [These] Characters
Warner Bros. Montreal’s new Batman game was announced in style but with some mystery to it as well during Batman’s 80th anniversary celebration. It will be a follow up game to Batman: Arkham Asylum which has been dubbed as the best game of all time.
A new rumour has now spread regarding the incoming Batman game which has been dubbed to be Batman: Arkham Legacy. Sources have come forward to say that the game will hold tonnes of surprises for fans who love not just Batman but the whole Batfamily.
Whole Batfamily Playable In Batman Arkham Legacy
It is being said that fans of various characters in the Bat family will definitely love the new Batman game. This is because the game will supposedly let players play as the entire Batfamily. But that’s not the end of these rumours. News in the air is also that the Court of Owls will play an important role on the story of the game. Of course remember to take everything with a pinch of salt. But we must also remind you that these rumours are actually coming from reliable sources.
Batfamily Rumours Come From Reliable Sources
These rumours originated with Twitter user Sabi who is a famous industry insider. Sabi is a reliable source because they have reported numerous scoops correctly throughout 2019. They correctly reported the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s DLC characters as well as about E3’s announcements back in June. Regarding the Batman game, Sabi mentioned that the entire Batfamily is playable and that they have seen screenshots of it. You can check out the tweets below:

Details on Arkham Legacy: it features the court of owls, and has all of the (bat)family playable. Don’t know too much in regards to gameplay or platforms. Figured that before I stop with this game for now I’d clarify what I knew specifically.

This news is certainly interesting because Batman: Arkham Legacy was the title of the cancelled Damian Wayne game. If the new project has any remnants of the old one then its possible that at least a few of the Bat family members will be popping in.
Batman: Arkham Legacy will be released on both PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Scarlett. So it will be a cross-gen game.
