The exhilarating and excruciatingly lengthy match between Bastard München and Paris X Gen, two of the strongest teams of the Neo-Egoist League, has finally seen its conclusion in chapter 293. Though many might claim they saw it coming, the way things led to that end was absolute cinema.

Both the teams were at each other’s necks as the score was tied, and a goal could create a new winner at any moment. On top of that, Rin single-mindedly pursued Isagi while Shidou was on Kaiser. In a stroke of luck, the ball reaches Ness, who has been religiously messing up the game for his team.

However, this time, he goes on a path of his own and uses his drive pass to send the ball to the best position for Kaiser to make magic happen that would stem from their unbreakable bond.

Sadly, his thought process was brutally halted because the person he thought he was passing to was not Kaiser. It was Isagi who evolved into a better Kaiser than Kaiser himself.

Isagi was the only one who relentlessly believed in all his teammates and knew that Ness could make this pass happen. This is why he went straight to that position and used his two-gun volley to score the last goal.

Blue Lock chapter 294 spoilers and expectations

After the dramatic end of the match, one can expect Kaiser to be pissed for obvious reasons. He knows that the pass was meant for him, and the realization that he was not good enough would be absolutely devastating.

Ness’s dumbfounded face in the previous chapter gave an indication of a mental breakdown that we might see in the next chapter. Apart from that, Rin would be another person who will not be happy at being surpassed yet again by Isagi.

Plus, what we can expect is to see Isagi officially becoming a part of the under-20 football team of Japan.
