Britney Spears had never been on a great note with her parents and siblings and the 13-year-long conservatorship that was forced by her father Jamie Spears spoiled everything between her and her biological family members.

According to an insider close to the Spears family-

“Her meeting with her mom went OK, but there’s still a lot of hurt there, so they haven’t quite reconciled. Britney Spears is not on good terms with her family.”

The insider further said-

“Britney is still very angry with her sister, too, she feels isolated, especially now without Sam, but she is hanging in there all things considered.”

Britney Spears and her ex-husband Sam Asghari met on the set of Slumber Party music video in 2022, dated for six years and since then the American-Iranian model has stood by her like a rock. The duo got married in September 2021. The couple is separating after being married for 14 months and according to the rumors Sam Asghari initiated the divorce on the grounds of infidelity against Britney Spears.

The Zoey 101 alum liked a post that mentioned the divorce on social media. The reaction speaks volumes about the happiness of Jamie Lynn Spears with respect to her sister’s divorce.

The American songstress was forced into a 13-year-long conservatorship by her father Jamie Spears. While talking about her side of the story she spoke about the abusive conservatorship during the 2021 court hearing. She said-

“It’s my wish and my dream for this to end. I’ve lied and told the whole world I’m OK and I’m happy. If I said that enough, maybe I’d become happy. … I’m in shock. I’m traumatized. … I’m so angry it’s insane.”

Britney further added-

“He loved the control he had over me, one hundred percent. I just want my life back. It’s been 13 years and it’s enough. It’s enough and it makes no sense at all … I’m done. I want to sue my family, to be totally honest with you.  … Ma’am, I’m not here to be anyone’s slave.”

She was forced into the conservatorship in 2008 and was released in November 2021. Her father Jamie Spears was immediately suspended as her conservator. He did not even show up during her wedding with her ex-husband Sam Asghari.
