A special look at Avengers: Endgame was released by Marvel Studios yesterday and the tickets of the film also went on sale. The new trailer features the surviving Avengers getting together to go against Thanos and avenge the fallen. The trailer saw Captain America and Iron Man getting together and among other reunions seen in the footage, Captain America getting back his shield is the most beloved moment on the internet right now.

Avengers: Endgame Special Look Released By Marvel Studios

Captain America’s shield is seen as a symbol for everything that Cap stands for. After the events of Captain America: Civil War, he lost his shield, thanks to the battle with Iron Man. In Infinity War, he fought without his shield and now that he and Iron Man seem to have reconciled, it looks like the shield is coming back!

Here is the synopsis:

“The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, Avengers: Endgame.”

Avengers: Endgame is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo from a screenplay by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. The film’s ensemble cast includes Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Chris Evans as Captain America, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/the Hulk, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye/Ronin, Don Cheadle as War Machine, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon, and Josh Brolin as Thanos.
