Elon Musk’s Girlfriend List: Amber Heard is Not the Only Hollywood Star the Tesla CEO Has Dated

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, who is a role model for a lot of budding entrepreneurs has always been in the headlines for his high-profile romantic relationships with different Hollywood stars. Even though many of his fans are well aware of some of the celebrities that Musk has been with, his dating history provides a glimpse at an array of women that Musk has dated over the years.

1. Jennifer Gwynne

Jennifer Gwynne and Elon Musk started dating in the mid-1990s when both of them were studying at the University of Pennsylvania. They both dated for a year and were serious enough to introduce each other to their respective families. Although after Gwynne moved to study abroad the relationship could not survive. After returning from her studies both Gwynne and Musk called it off.

2. Justine Musk

Just like Gwynne even Justine Musk met Elon Musk while they were both studying at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada. However, unlike his previous relationship, this one did work out despite the long distance.  A few years into the relationship both of them got engaged and by 2000 they tied the knot. By 2002 they also welcomed their first child Nevada Alexander who unfortunately passed away after 10 weeks. However, by 2004 the two welcomed twins Griffin and Vivian followed by triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian in 2006. Despite having a lavishing life, Justine Musk did not feel intimacy and empathy in their marriage which resulted in the couple splitting in 2008.

3. Talulah Riley

After his divorce from Justine, Elon Musk soon found his interest in actress Talulah Riley. After meeting up at the bar for the first time, and only six weeks after his divorce the billionaire was engaged to Riley. Not only this, but by 2010 the couple was married, only for Musk to file a divorce after two years. However, both of them again tied the knot in 2014 which also ended in 2016.

4. Amber Heard

After their separation from Riley in 2012, Elon Musk reached out to Amber Heard to ask her out for dinner. However, as Heard was dating Johnny Depp at that time she did not pay a lot of attention to him. Even though there is no official information as to when both of them started dating, it was during Heard’s trial with Depp that he claimed that both Elon Musk and Heard had been secretly dating since 2015. Although it was in 2016 that their dating rumors came out to the public with them making it official in April 2017, by August 2017, they called it off.

5. Grimes

The dating rumors between Elon Musk and Grimes started making their way to the headlines after the couple shared a flirty interaction on Twitter in 2018. They both were later seen on the red carpet at Met Gala. However, by August 2018, they unfollowed each other ending all the rumors in concern to their relationship. It was later in 2020, that Grimes announced her pregnancy with an official announcement that Musk was the baby’s father. Despite welcoming their kid into the world together, the couple separated.

6. Shivon Zilis

After welcoming his kid with Grimes, in July 2022 reports came around stating that Musk had welcomed twins with  Shivon Zilis who worked as an executive at his company Neuralink. Both of them were very secretive about their relationship, their kids, and their names. However later on Zilis confirmed that she was not involved with Musk in any kind of romantic relationship and the kids were conceived through IVF.

While Musk has dated a fair share of women in his life reports have been around that he is currently dating Elvis star Natasha Bassett.
