The fourth day of July is about a month away and all Netflix fans have a lot more to celebrate than the independence of America. The much anticipated third installment or Stranger Things will be making its debut on July 4th, following the story of all main characters during the last summer they have before high school. With about less than 30 days left for the new season to begin, Netflix has now released a new poster of Stranger Things Season 3 which teases more action for the children of Hawkins, Indiana.

New Poster For Stranger Things Season 3 Released

This new poster released on Twitter on Tuesday through the official Stranger Things handle. Featuring all major characters you love and know from Stranger Things, alongside a few new faces you may not recognise and one more look at the new monster from the Upside Down.

Here’s what Stranger Things tweeted with a caption, “ONE MONTH” with an upside down emoji. Check it out!

On the poster you’d spot the new tag line, “One Summer can change everything”. Stranger Things 3 takes place during the summer which is a major change from the first two seasons. Both seasons were set in fall, with the second season circulating around the events of Halloween.

Dustin To Play A Bigger Role In Season 3?

This might be an insignificant detail but a product of the popularity of the character amongst fans. Dustin is at the centre of the poster and the only two characters who seemed to be billed higher with bigger names are Mike and Eleven, who will deliver the romantic story of the series. So, will Dustin play a bigger role than he has before in the next season? Or is he a fan favourite that the entire creative team decided to pay attention to him?

The poster also teased the two new locations in the next season. These are the Starcourt Mall and the Fair. Much of the third season’s marketing has revolved around the mall where Steve works and will probably play a huge role in the third season of Stranger Things.
