Martin Scorsese told his essay on his “disputable” remarks regarding Marvel’s movies and their role in “cinema,”. In several places, the argument remains unchallenged. Many Marvel Studios producers, not to mention the creative director for Marvel’s Kevin Feige, appeared on the camera with their ventures. No filmmakers have tried to stand up for Scorsese’s remarks. Still, this night may be the first to have experience of making a superhero film in conjunction with the victor. The other exceptions are Francis Ford Coppola and John Woo in Fantastic Four.

The Fantastic Four

Fantastic Four director Josh Trank threw a hat into the ring after starting watching Scorsese’s. The Irishman today, following his official film debut on Netflix. The director tweeted his reaction to Scorses ‘ thoughts on the films and how he responded to it:

“Watching the Irishman.

The first 5 minutes have more humanity and truth and cinematic intrigue than the running length of every single Marvel movie combined

Sorry, facts. ??‍♂️

PS: Not sorry.

After quickly drawing the anger of fans from Marvel, while receiving some support from other parts of the website. Trank followed up his remarks with the hit from the top corner.

“Don’t try to talk to me about film history, film appraisal, art, professional risks, personal growth, and/or understanding/fairness to films/art/self expression.

Real film lovers understand and fux with me. ??‍♂️.

Fans believe that the filmmaker was only throwing shade at Marvel movies. He signed the latest success story from DC, Joker, with a jaboon.

“My Mom wants me to stop tweeting. Night folks.

The Controversy

It’s uncertain where the next series of bullets fired in this seemingly endless battle to the theatrical surface. An earlier report suggesting the commentaries by Scorsese would cost him a vote at The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science. The Variety article cited how Oscar voters ‘ preferences shift. They were younger and more inclined to give more considerable attention to big tentpole films.

The controversy must certainly begin. Both the Irishman & Avenger: Endgame battle to be recognized at the annual awards ceremonies in Hollywood.
