Game Of Thrones Star Jason Momoa Shaves His Beard, But The Cause Is Worth It
Jason Momoa, the King of The Ocean in Aquaman and Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones; is loved by fans all over the world. He is known for being playful on sets, an excellent actor and an even delightful human being in general.
His hair and beard are what made him steal the show in Game Of Thrones. But that combined with his tattoos made him Atlantis’s King in Aquaman. His trademark beard and tattoo look became so popular that DC Comics even decided to give comic book Aquaman the same look. But it looks like fans will have to say goodbye to one half of the beard, hair and tattoo duo as Jason Momoa has decided to shave it off. But no one needs to worry as it’s all for a good cause.

Jason Momoa Shaves His Beard, But Why?
Jason Momoa went on YouTube to explain why he was suddenly shaving his beard- “Goodbye DROGO, AQUAMAN, DECLAN, BABA! I’m shaving this beast off, it’s time to make a change…for the better…for my kids, for your kids, the world. Let’s clean up our oceans and our land. Join me on this journey. Let’s make a switch to INFINITELY RECYCLABLE aluminum. Water in cans, Not Plastic”
Momoa explained in greater detail that he was actually shaving off to bring awareness. He elaborated that- “The plastics are killing our planet, and I think I have a solution. I don’t wanna bitch about it. There’s only one thing that can really help…save our planet. As long as we recycle. I’m on a quest.”

He explained his journey further- ” I got something new that I want to show you. Still alkaline sparkling spring water.” He said before going for a sip. “Still water, but I feel good about it, so I’m gonna recycle this and know that we can recycle it. It can be a can in 60 days.”
He has been receiving positive feedback on this move and it certainly looks like the King of The Ocean is truly showing the way for us all.
