The other competitive films for Greta’s Barbie under ‘Best Motion Picture-Musical or Comedy’ for Golden Globes 2024 are Poor Things, American Fiction, The Holdovers, May December and Air.

Similarly, for ‘Best Director, Motion Picture,’ we have Christopher Nolan for Oppenheimer, Martin Scorsese for Killers of the Flower Moon, Bradley Cooper with Maestro, Yorgos Lanthimos for Poor Things and Celine Song for Past Lives.

Nolan has been the tough competitor for Greta with his film Oppenheimer as both the films were released on the same day and the debate began among the audience regarding which film would collect what amount at the box office and which one is the best. Now after the nominations with a borderline difference between the two films, fans will need to wait till the award ceremony scheduled to air on 8th January 2024.
