The first episode of The Kardashians season 2 aired on Hulu on the 22nd of September and the episode covered the birth of Khloe Kardashian’s second child. Khloe Kardashian later posed with her baby boy, who was born via surrogate, in a hospital bed. People on social media criticized her for acting like she gave birth to him as the surrogate was the one who did everything. The Good American co-founder said that she was “scared to go online” after the episode went live. She also appreciated all the support she received from her fans all over the world.

Khloe Kardashian explained that the episode was “one of the hardest episodes” she’s “ever shot.” She also appreciated all the love that she received from her fans,

The Good American co-founder tweeted another tweet admitting that she was scared of going on social media after the episode went live,
“I have to be honest I was scared to go online but friends and family kept telling me how loving and kind everybody was. I decided to take a look for myself.”
The episode covered the birth of her second child
In the episode, fans got a look at the labor room through Kim Kardashian’s phone. Khloe Kardashian was with the surrogate in the labor room the entire time. The socialite was then spotted laying in the hospital bed posing with her newborn baby. A lot of people called her out for this part as she was acting like she gave birth when it was the surrogate who did everything.

The episode also covered the complications in Khloe Kardashian’s relationship with Tristan Thompson. The socialite shares the baby with the NBA star but they broke up in late 2021 as his infidelity came into the limelight. The child was reportedly conceived before he was named in a paternity suit, filed by fitness trainer Maralee Nichols, in June 2021. Nichols claimed that she conceived a child with the NBA player three months earlier. Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian’s relationship came to an end after the NBA player eventually admitted that he cheated on her.
