He revealed his suicide attempt, highlighting the online hate. In a stirring tale, the actor Ahmed Best revealed a harrowing moment when he found himself on the edge of the Brooklyn Bridge at 3:00 a.m. The weight of fan abuse he had endured played heavily on his mind as he hung above a 40-meter drop:
“I’ll show all of you. I’ll show you what you’re doing to me. And when I’m gone, then you’ll feel exactly what I went through”
The actor also talked about how racism is still harming people and should stop.
