The Duke of Cambridge Prince William was recently spotted at his ex-girlfriend Rose Farquhar’s wedding in Gloucestershire. The former couple dated when they were in university, however, when they broke up they agreed to remain friends. People on social media are now wondering if Prince William is having second thoughts about his marriage.
The royal seemed to have fun at the wedding while his brother, Prince Harry, accused him of shouting at him in his latest Netflix documentary, Harry & Meghan. Prince Harry revealed that his brother yelled at him while discussing his and his wife, Meghan Markle’s royal roles.
Prince William went to attend his ex-girlfriend’s wedding
Prince William reportedly attended the wedding of his ex-girlfriend Rose Farquhar recently. Prince William’s former girlfriend, Rose Farquhar, tied the knot with George Gemmell at St Mary the Virgin church in Gloucestershire. The two dated back when Prince William was in university, however, they broke up and decided to stay friends. The royal went on to get married to Kate Middleton in April 2011. Sources say that he seems unfazed by all the claims made by his brother, Prince Harry, in his documentary.
Prince Harry accused Prince William of yelling at him
In the latest part of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Netflix documentary, Harry & Meghan, Prince Harry revealed that his brother, Prince William, yelled at him while discussing his and his wife Meghan Markle’s royal roles. He said in the episode,
“It was terrifying to have my brother scream and shout at me, and my father say things that just simply weren’t true, and my grandmother quietly sit there and sort of take it all in.”
The Duke of Cambridge still has not addressed Prince Harry’s accusations publicly and sources say he looks unbothered as he went to the wedding.
Meghan Markle felt she was “being fed to the wolves“
In the latest part of the documentary, Meghan Markle revealed that the royal establishment saw her as a “foreign organism.” Her private secretary told her,
“It’s like this fish that’s swimming perfectly, and then one day this foreign organism comes in, and then the entire thing goes ‘what is that? What is it doing here? It doesn’t look like us, it doesn’t move like us, we don’t like it, get it off of us.'”
Later in the episode, the Duchess of Sussex explained that she felt she was “being fed to the wolves.” She said, “I realized that I wasn’t just being thrown to the wolves, I was being fed to the wolves.” By wolves, she meant the mainstream British media.
The first two parts (six episodes) of Harry & Meghan are now streaming on Netflix.
