Award-winning pop singer Taylor Swift is happily in a relationship with Kansas City Chiefs’ sportsman Travis Kelce. Their newfound romance has been making headlines since the duo were seen together on various occasions and Swift even met Kelce’s family at one of his games. During the Eras Tour, the singer even replaced one of her song lyrics to officially confirm she is off the dating market. The couple started dating in July last year and have since looked smitten with each other.
They have been having a smashing year as a power couple. Swift won Album of the Year Grammy after her incredibly successful tour whereas Kelce’s team reached the coveted Superbowl. While Swift has already been introduced to Kelce’s family, a source close to the couple suggested that they will share many more milestones together. This could be a subtle nod towards Kelce popping the question and proposing to Swift. The source said to ET,
“Travis has never felt more supported by a significant other ever. This is just the beginning for them as a couple and many milestones are coming their way. Taylor and Travis make time for each other because they want to. They both take so much pride in the importance of family and love bringing their families and close-knit circles together. They are genuine, honest, loving and forthright with each other across the board. They both continually encourage one another to be the best that they can be.”
It appears that Swift and Kelce are ready to settle down and build a life with each other. There were rumors and speculations of a looming proposal last year, but nothing materialized. Their mutual adoration and dedication are clearly visible as they support each other’s careers wholeheartedly. Swift will be flying out to Las Vegas from Japan, immediately after her Eras Tour live performance to reach the match venue in time.

When Will Travis Kelce Propose?
In a recent press conference ahead of the much-awaited Superbowl, the NFL player addressed the rumors surrounding his proposal to Swift. He blushed at the mention of her name and could not hide his giddy feelings. He said,
“I’m focused on getting this ring (Super Bowl championship ring). That’s all my mind is focused on right now. Taylor is unbelievable. She’s re-writing the history books herself, and I told her I’d have to hold up my end of the bargain and come home with some hardware too.”
Since Kelce did not outrightly deny the news, it might actually be true. Swift is one of the most popular celebrities in the world right now with everyone gushing over her songs and cultural influence. From bringing on a bill in the Senate to ban the illegal usage of AI to Swifties ganging up on every troll and hater on social media, there’s nothing Swift cannot do.
Another insider claims Kelce will propose in July this year to mark their first anniversary. The couple celebrated the holiday season together and were as in love as they could be. Moreover, Kelce has reportedly sought Swift’s father’s blessing to propose and has received it too. All of these speculations point to the fact that Swift will soon tie the knot with Kelce and settle down for good. But it does leave us wondering if marital bliss will inspire Swift enough to write more chart-busting songs.
