New Aladdin TV Spot Reveals Highlights Mena Massoud & Naomi Scott
The upcoming big screen, live-action remake by Disney is Aladdin by Guy Ritchie. The film has seen a pretty mixed marketing campaign so far with the primary trailer turnings many fans off due to the blue version of the Genie, played by Will Smith. However, the film’s second trailer showed more of the film, as many fans have gotten back on the board.

Today, a new TV spot has been released for Aladdin, which focuses on the chemistry between Princess Jasmine (Naomi Scott) and Aladdin (Mena Massoud). You may check it out below:
This TV spot actually highlights the chemistry between Princess Jasmine and Aladdin which had many fans worried about. The last few trailers have been extremely tight on the romance between both the characters, but this trailer focuses more on that aspect. The spot also reveals new glimpses at the city of Agrabah and the villainous Jafar, played by Marwan Kenzari. While fans can expect some basic elements from the original animated film, it seems like the live action film will be full of new things that will set the film different than the original one.

Directed by Guy Ritchie from a script he co-wrote with John August, the film stars Will Smith as the Genie, Mena Massoud as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Jasmine, Marwan Kenzari as Jafar, Navid Negahban as the Sultan, Nasim Pedrad as Dalia, Billy Magnussen as Prince Anders, and Numan Acar as Hakim.
Aladdin will hit the theatres on May 24, 2019.
