Peacemaker Drops NSFW Rumor About Superman’s Romantic Life
HBO Max’s Peacemaker has dropped an extremely NSFW rumor about Man of Steel’s sex life in the fifth episode titled “Monkey Dory”. And let us add this – you’ll never be feeling the same about calling the superhero “Man of Steel” again… Still here? Get ready for this one now.

Peacemaker, with his task force team, sits down for a briefing on their body-snatching enemies, the Butterflies. The team Murn is informed that the Butterflies can enter the human body via an orifice to eventually nest in the brain; and the animated example by Economos hints that one particular route that the bugs can take: well, it’s going up the butt.
Naturally, if you see it, looking at the fact that the lewd animation sets the entire gang off on a juvenile tangent. Vigilante ends up taking a lot of offense to Economos’s “bigotry”, suggesting aliens would be “gross” as to not even care about crawling through actual human poop in the anus. Peacemaker also counters that there are a few aliens who do “have a poop fetish” – like Superman. In fact, as per Peacemaker, Superman “über liebes the old Scheiße, as I understand it,” which (translated from German) means that Superman “loves the sh*t” (or whatever expletive based on poop that you can fill in there).
Harcourt also counters that Peacemaker’s claim is absolute “nonsense,” even demanding to know where he fills himself with such notions. Peacemaker claims that “Google” had actually even verified it.
Moving from any attempt to address if there’s any kind of debate here… Peacemaker is now jumping on a tide that yet another adult-based DC show tried earlier. The Harley Quinn animated series also sparked a lot of headlines the previous year when it was revealed that the showrunners wanted to have a joke about Batman’s oral sex habits with Catwoman in the third season. DC and Warner Bros nixed the joke before it could take place – but as the social media came to know about it, it became instant trending debate that has now gone down in the lore of DC.
For now, this is all to say: that there’s every bit of chance that the sex preferences of Superman will be a lively debate topic. Undoubtedly, there will be a lot of jokes if Peacemaker’s words apply to every version of Man of Steel – or is it just Henry Cavill’s Superman from the DCEU?
