PUBG Players Are Showing Off Their Best Melee Throws to Win a Contest
For PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, a variety of tournaments take place right now to finish the year to offer players the opportunity to earn actual and in-game rewards. The first task also entails the participants posting their best melee kills, but there is a catch: the melee weapons must be tossed to the videos to reap prizes. Players have shared their clips online, some of which are impressive, while others at least call them an attempt.
About The Event
The competition forms part of the first PUBG Awards event, which started this month in December. In all, 50 prize winners can collect prizes, jerseys and in-game accessories split into four different weeks of competitions. The first fight is about hitting an opponent with a sweater or another combat weapon, as you can see from the above video, but it has to be by tossing it at them.
At the beginning of the month, you can catch up with PUBG’s mechanic that allows players to throw melee guns if you’ve had a while since you played. Since posting them with Facebook, you can also see a few entries below to see what the rivalry is like.
