“She is 18 years old”: Charlie Sheen Has Urged His Daughter Not to Sell Her Integrity For Money, Says He is Strictly Against Her Joining OnlyFans
One of the biggest nightmares a parent could have is to see their children opt for ways of earning that are looked down upon or do not have a good rep in society. And Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen, unfortunately, had to witness his daughter jump into such a method of earning. In 2022, his teenage daughter Sami Sheen announced her decision to open an Onlyfans account. This is by nature mostly an explicit content-sharing platform. If there are enough subscribers there is a good chance of earning huge amounts. However, it usually comes with the cost of personal integrity.
Naturally, being a father the 57-year-old actor despised the idea. And he even publicly shared concern for his daughter and announced he had no part in the decision but wanted her to keep contents under respectful limits. Both he and his ex-wife Denise Richards had to say something similar about their daughter’s decision.
Charlie Sheen Expressed Concern for His Daughter Starting an Onlyfans Account
Back in 2022, Charlie Sheen was taken aback by his 18-year-old daughter’s decision to open an Onlyfans account. Without question, The Two and a Half Men star was concerned considering the nature of the Platform. Although the contents could be anything however they are mostly known for p**nographic materials shared by s*x workers. His daughter Sami Sheen which he shares with his ex-wife Denise Richards announced via her Instagram by asking her followers to join her Onlyfans account. It did not take long for the Hot Shots actor to respond to the news. And like any normal parent, he publicly disagreed with the decision. The 57-year-old shared with US Weekly,
“She is 18 years old now and living with her mother. This did not occur under my roof,”
At the time Sami Sheen had been living with her mother (Richards). He also mentioned his concern for the welfare of his daughter by advising her,
“I do not condone this but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, and creative, and not sacrifice her integrity.”
In addition to him, Richards also had to say the same thing about the daughter although her response was much lighter. She expressed that her daughter had the right to make her own decisions without the need for her parents’ consent.
Sami Sheen’s Relationship with Her Divorced Parents
Throughout his career in the Entertainment industry, Charlie Sheen has been married three times. They are Donna Peele, Denise Richards, and Brooke Mueller. Sheen has a troubled history of alcoholism and addiction. And it undoubtedly created issues in his relationships. Taking a look at his second marriage with Richards, their marriage lasted about four years. And in between the pair had two daughters Sami and Lola. However, in 2005, Richards filed for divorce from Sheen with accusations of death threats and other harmful activities against him.
After the split, in the recent past, their daughter Sami seemed to have had a strained relationship, especially with her mother. But things have seemingly turned for the better between them since. However, after the Onlyfans announcement, it is likely that she will have some issues with her dad.
