American Horror Story: Murder House – Violet (and the audience) understood she was genuinely dead and her ghost was stuck in the house in Murder House.
The Haunting of Hill House – When the identity of the Bent-Neck Lady was exposed, Nell understood she had been stalked by herself all along.
Game of Thrones – When Arya attempted to murder the Night King but was held back by him, she dropped the blade, recovered it with her other hand, and stabbed him.
Black Mirror’s “White Bear” episode – When Victoria discovered that her punishment consisted essentially of becoming a part of an amusement park where people paid to see her be “hunted” and tortured on a daily basis.
Sense8 – Will deceived everyone by literally standing in the same room as Whispers rather than appearing as a ghost via eye contact connection.
How to Get Away With Murder – the professor changed from Annalise Keating to Wes’s son, Christopher, and the series finished the same way it began.
This Is Us – There was a split-second flashback to young Jack when Rebecca first saw Jack’s lifeless body in the hospital, almost as if she was attempting to preserve her memories of him.
Mad Men – When the show ends with Don Draper meditating on a hilltop, and you assume he’s smiling because he’s discovered peace, but it’s actually because he just come up with a new Coke commercial concept.
Fleabag – when the Priest sensed Fleabag was breaking the fourth wall by staring at the camera, he did the same.
Doctor Who – River Song’s true identity was disclosed on December 12th, and everyone discovered that she was Amy’s daughter.
The Good Place – When Eleanor discovered they were in the Bad Place all along and everything you thought you knew was a lie.
Jane the Virgin – After five seasons, the show ultimately revealed that Jane’s son was the narrator.
Sherlock – When Sherlock deduced the passcode of Irene Adler’s smartphone.

Grey’s Anatomy – George stepped in for Dr. Bailey when she had to give delivery without her husband in Season 2. Dr. Bailey then repaid the favour 14 years later when Amelia had to give delivery alone.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine – When Jake managed to get Philip Davidson to tell how he pulled off the perfect assassination.
