Square Enix’s “Marvel’s Avengers” To Face An Abomination To Reckon With
Marvel’s Avengers was a video game which everyone wanted to see and Square Enix during E3 finally revealed it. This new Marvel’s Avengers game from Crystal Dynamics is coming to PS4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia next spring.
As one would expect, there was a lot going on in the Marvel’s Avengers trailer of the game. You can check it out above. For example, the trailer revealed the game’s first heroes, confirmed that Taskmaster is one of the villains players will face. And even teased Hank Pym. As a result, a lot of the details got buried, like the confirmation that Abomination will be in the Marvel’s Avengers game.
Who Is Abomination?
Abomination, whose real name is Emily Blonsky, is a former Croatian communist spy who was mutated by radiation. This led to his transformation into a megalomaniac, massive supervillain called Abomination. As for powers, he has the same powers as Hulk, but he is stronger and he can also transform back into a human. Along with this, he can also speak, which Hulk can’t always do. So he’s basically Hulk, but bad, and as a result he’s a rival of his fellow emerald monster.

During the trailer, you can see that there’s a quick shot of Abomination facing off against the Hulk. But we don’t know how much of a role the villain has in the game, but it can be presumed to be pretty big if he made it into the trailer.
Story Pitch of Marvel’s Avengers Square Enix Game
The official story pitch is that:
“Marvel’s Avengers begins at A-Day where Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, Black Widow and Thor are unveiling a hi-tech Avengers Headquarters in San Francisco- including the reveal of their own helicarrier powered by an experimental energy source. The celebration turns deadly when a catastrophic accident results in massive devastation. Blamed for the tragedy, the Avengers disband. Five years later, with all Super Heroes outlawed and the world in peril, the only hope is to reassemble Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.”
Marvel’s Avengers game is poised to release on May 15, 2020 worldview.
