“That was the only good part”: ‘The Book of Boba Fett’ Star is Seeking Revenge on Pedro Pascal For Doing One Thing That Many Fans Believe Saved the Doomed Show
- Temuera Morrison would like to get revenge on fellow actor Pedro Pascal for stealing his thunder.
- Fans believe Pedro Pascal's cameo saved The Book of Boba Fett.
- The Mandalorian is making the big leap from television to theatres with a movie titled The Mandalorian and Grogu.
No matter how successful a franchise may be, there are some projects that don’t hit the mark as fans expect. From the expansive and widely popular Star Wars franchise, while The Mandalorian starring Pedro Pascal worked wonders in reviving the love for the Republic and Galactic Empire, The Book of Boba Fett missed the mark by an inch.
The miniseries dove into the bounty hunter’s life as he protects Jabba the Hut’s territory along with his sidekick Fennec Shand. Nonetheless, fans couldn’t relate much to the show, primarily because it didn’t tie in with the rest of the burgeoning universe.
Boba Fett actor wants revenge on Pedro Pascal
Temuera Morrison, who played Boba Fett in the miniseries The Book of Boba Fett, recently revealed that he would like to get revenge on fellow actor Pedro Pascal. His reasoning behind his claim seems to be Pascal’s enigmatic presence on the show The Book of Boba Fett stealing Morrison’s thunder.
Fans have loved the characters and narrative alike of Disney+ show The Mandalorian. To mark a closer connection between the Star Wars shows, the showrunners decided to have Pascal do a cameo in The Book of Boba Fett and it could have been to add some life to the show as well. At the MCM London Comic Con in May 2024, Morrison expressed,
I would actually like my character to visit The Mandalorian, the Mando fort or something, and come in there and kick some real serious a** as well. The way he did and came into my show, and stole an episode of my show — so I’d like to do the same thing.
With three seasons already released, The Mandalorian still enjoys the top spot in many people’s watchlists. Season 4 of The Mandalorian has apparently already finished writing and will soon be under production. The upcoming plot will weave a new narrative for Din Djarin as he explores the world after the events of season 3.
Fans believe Pedro Pascal saved The Book of Boba Fett
It might come as a shock to Morrison but fans don’t think Boba Fett can ever steal Mando’s spotlight. The brave and bold warrior is on another level altogether and actually saved The Book of Boba Fett with his appearance. Fans believe Mando’s appearance added a spark to the miniseries that would have otherwise failed.

The hype around Pascal being one of the best-cast heroes in the Star Wars universe is real. Fans have loved Pascal as Mando and the series has certainly elevated the actor’s career to greater heights. What’s more, The Mandalorian is making the big leap from television to theatres with a movie by Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni titled The Mandalorian and Grogu.
The Book of Boba Fett and The Mandalorian are streaming on Disney+.
