Charlize Theron

Theron's neck injury during a wire stunt for "Æon Flux" (2005) and spine injury during a car chase for "Mad Max: Fury Road" (2015) were near-fatal incidents.

Halle Berry

Berry was trapped underwater for too long during a scene in "Die Another Day" (2002), causing a distressing incident.

Olga Kurylenko

During "Quantum of Solace" (2008), Kurylenko suffered fractures and ankle damage in a car crash stunt.

Dylan O'Brien

O'Brien faced severe fractures and a concussion while filming a car stunt for "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" (2018).
