Young actor Jack Veal portrayed the younger version of Loki or Kid Loki in the series. His cunning and wit prove he belongs in the ranks of other more powerful variants of his character. However, the actor is facing some troubling circumstances recently that he never saw coming.
Jack Veal shares a heartbreaking update on TikTok
Kid Loki actor Jack Veal has taken to TikTok to express a heartbreaking situation in his life that has left him homeless. The actor who was once enjoying fame on screen in one of Marvel’s best projects is currently in search of a better home all because of the abuse he faced at home.
He took his fate into his own hands and left his childhood home to look for better avenues. The 17-year-old actor said in the video,
Hi, I am a famous actor, I’m 17, and I’m homeless. I haven’t mentioned much about what’s going on with my life, but I feel it is time to reveal the truth. Not delving too much into the details, I was abused at home, there was physical violence, emotional abuse, etc. I didn’t have a very good upbringing.
Social media is rallying behind the actor as numerous people reshared the video to show their support and help Veal find suitable accommodation and the help he requires. The purpose of the video was to have social workers and other support groups get the message and reach out for help but nothing has happened so far.
Jack Veal’s Other Hollywood Projects
The actor is not only seen in Loki but has also worked on other projects that brought him into the limelight. Netflix’s critically acclaimed dark comedy The End of the F**ing World cast him as Little James where he impressed the masses with his poignant acting and his ability to bring emotional scenes to life.
He is also seen in Tin Star and The Corrupted, further cementing his place in the industry. While fans would love to have him back in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, his future in the franchise is ambiguous, to say the least.
Will Jack Veal be back in Marvel?
The once struggling studio Marvel is back again on its feet, thanks to great shows like WandaVision, Loki, and now Agatha All Along. The next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is going to be insane with more characters being infused into the mix along with the mighty X-Men as introduced by Deadpool and Wolverine.
The way the studio is planning to tie it all together comes down to the show Loki where we saw the God of Mischief sitting on a throne, in charge of the timelines and keeping them from branching further.
Loki is now at the center of the timeline chaos which will be the starting point for Marvel to bring in multiple characters from the past, present, and future. In fact, more variants of the character perhaps will also be taken into consideration. That means there’s a chance Veal makes a comeback to Marvel as the younger version of Loki to set something straight back in the day.
There was also chatter about a Young Avengers project about which Veal said,
It has already been such an amazing journey and I never expected to get this far. To make a step like that would be so surreal. I would love to do something as great as that, but as of now, I haven’t heard anything of The Young Avengers from Marvel.
Veal’s fate in the MCU is yet to be finalized as we will have to wait and see how it all pans out for the actor.
