This one is not a news for your April Fool! Woody Harrelson is playing Carnage in the Venom movie.
I know that this news may seem vague to you. With Nicolas Cage rumored to play Wolverine in an April Fool prank, this news is actually considered as same. But its not like that. The recent report that came from Bleeding Blue state that,
“It’s not like it hasn’t been rumoured. It has. But Bleeding Cool has been told in a very confirm-y way that not only is Carnage to appear in the upcoming Venom movie but, yes, he will be played by Woody Harrelson.”
Woody Harrelson is one of the most renowned hollywood stars. Thats all because of his supercool accent and super cool attitude. Plus he made his mark on the small screen by his portrayal of Marty Hart in True Detective.
Many of us don’t know this fact but Woody has got 3 Oscar nominations too under his belt. His recent work of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri is a must watch. His accent has just killed it. For me, that was one of the finest performance of Woody.
Not only this, Woody has also won an Emmy nomination for True Detective. Some of my favorite movies of Woody include, The People vs Larry Flynt, The Messenger and The Venom. Hahahaha but I guess this would be the most exciting role Woddy would be playing. I mean Carnage. The most awaited villain after Cable. Taking about Cable, how is Jos Brolin playing both Cable and Thanos? I mean is MCU out of stars? Why?
It has already been confirmed that Carnage is there in the venom movie. However, the trailer was really disappointing. We got a glimpse of Tom Hardy and not even a single glimpse of Venom. Like what the Heck?
