The world, let alone the film industry, is no stranger to the camaraderie and incredible friendship between Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds. So, when the news broke that the duo was teaming up for an action-packed multiversal adventure movie for Marvel, the fans couldn’t contain their excitement.

Almost comparable to the fun they had in the movie, Jackman and Reynolds seemed to enjoy their press tour as well. They answered bizarre questions, poked fun at each other’s characters, and sometimes even at one another for real.

Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds spares no expense while poking fun at his long-time buddy and co-star Hugh Jackman. The duo are finally donning their iconic superhero suits and embarking on an adventure of a lifetime on Deadpool & Wolverine.

During their press tour for the movie, Reynolds couldn’t help but comment on Jackman’s ears. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actor claimed,

You have such sweet little ears. You stole them from an action figure or something? I’m getting my ears done, you don’t hear that often.

To this, Jackman laughingly responds that he breaks all movie star rules to flaunt ears like that. The two actors have been friends for the longest time and were first seen in X-Men Origins: Wolverine together.

Deadpool and Wolverine have never quite seen eye to eye on most matters as the Merc with a Mouth annoys Wolverine to the fullest. We expect nothing less than that in Deadpool & Wolverine either.

Who plays Lady Deadpool in Deadpool & Wolverine?

The biggest mystery of Deadpool & Wolverine lies in the actress who plays Lady Deadpool in the flick. Many fans assumed it would be Taylor Swift since Reynolds and the pop star are great friends. Other rumors suggested Reynolds’ wife Blake Lively would be taking on the role. Eventually, it was revealed that Lively voiced the role of Lady Deadpool in Deadpool & Wolverine.

Since the appearance of the character had to be during an action scene, a stunt double was used in costume, and Lively just voiced the character. The credits mention Lively in the role and her voice is distinctly recognizable in the dialogue. It’s unclear whether there is a larger role for Lady Deadpool in the MCU. nevertheless, Lively and Reynolds would make a great pair on screen as well.
