These glimpses often include her pets, her friends, and at times, her fiance Jake Bonjiovi. While she is familiar with her to-be parents-in-law, Bongiovi’s father Jon Bon Jovi has recently claimed that he does not know much of his son’s wedding plans with Brown.

Having started her career as a guest star in the ABC fantasy drama Once Upon a Time in Wonderland, Millie Bobby Brown has been in the entertainment industry for over a decade. After months of relationship rumors, she made it Instagram official by posting a picture of her hugging Bongiovi while on a private ride in an empty pod around the London Eye.
In a surprising turn of events, the couple got engaged last year in April 2023. The Enola Holmes actress shared a picture of her big moment on Instagram with lyrics from Taylor Swift’s song Lover as the caption.
Jake Bongiovi’s father John Bongiovi, professionally known as Jon Bon Jovi, is well-known as the founder and frontman of the ’80s rock band Bon Jovi. On the cover of this week’s PEOPLE, the Livin’ on a Prayer singer revealed that although three of his four kids (sons Jake and Jesse, and daughter Stephanie) are engaged to be married, he does not know much of their wedding plans.
“I’m on a need-to-know [basis], and they don’t tell me much.”
According to PEOPLE, eldest son Jesse Bongiovi announced his engagement to Jesse Light in 2022, and Stephanie Bongiovi is also engaged as Jovi revealed earlier this year.

While the Damsel actress is 20, her fiancé is only 21. So, the announcement of their engagement came as a shock to many. Bon Jovi is supportive of their relationship and believes that they will make it through together.
In an interview with The Independent, the Blaze of Glory singer said:
“They are two young people that are pursuing a dream together, so we’re supportive of it because our hope for them, and Millie’s parents’ hope for them – because Bob and Kelly Brown too met when they were very young – is that the kids will grow together.”
In the same interview, he also admitted that he was not very aware of the hit series Stranger Things before his son’s engagement to Brown. That being said, he is very hopeful about their marriage just like the fans who are rooting for the couple.
