Netflix and Marvel Studios agreed in 2013 to create a series of interrelated episodes based on a quartet of street warriors. Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist were all added to the streaming service between 2015 and 2019. The characters from these shows reunited for 2017’s The Defenders. Punisher, a sixth software program, was released the same year. All of these performances were critically and popularly successful. Both parties wished for more. However, Disney+ stepped in. The launch of the new streaming service ensured that future Marvel television shows would be available on their platform. Indeed, with the release of WandaVision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and Loki, Disney+ launched Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). With this accomplishment, the Netflix heroes are pushed to the sidelines. There’s still a chance they can be included in the MCU proper, but it’s also conceivable that it’s too late.

2. CAN: Dr. Strange Can Lead This Team Of Defenders:
Dr. Strange appears to be taking over as the major hero of the MCU. With his appearances in Spider-Man: No Way Home and his own film, it only makes sense for him to assemble the Marvel Knights as a new iteration of The Defenders. In 2017, issue five of the Defenders comic book series saw the formation of this squad. As a result, the concept isn’t too far-fetched.
1. TOO LATE: There’s No Room To Start Over:
To be honest, there isn’t enough time in the timetable to include these Netflix characters. Their characterizations, usage of abilities, and darker personalities do not fit in with Phase Four or future MCU releases. Finally, Marvel should renegotiate their return to the streaming platform. If it is not possible, it is time for them to retire.
