The Battle of Chrises in Hollywood involves some famous personalities who are named Chris. Some of them include Chris Evans, Chris Pine, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Pratt. Thanks to a creative TitTok user who created something that people would no longer need to choose between Evans or Hemsworth. Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth are known for playing Captain America and Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The innovative TikTok user, @nat21hi, merged both of them on the social media app.

As far as the futures of Hemsworth and Evans is considered in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it seems like Chris Evans’ days of playing Captain America has come to an end. This is what Evans told Scarlett Johansson in an interview: “It’s not a hard no, but it’s not an eager yes either. There are other things that I’m working on right now. I think Cap had such a tricky act to stick the landing, and I think they did a really nice job letting him complete his journey. If you’re going to revisit it, it can’t be a cash grab. It can’t be just because the audience wants to be excited. What are we revealing? What are we adding to the story? A lot of things would have to come together. It doesn’t feel, at this time, that would be a thing.”
Marvel Studios has very recently announced Captain America 4. It will include Anthony Mackie playing the titular role but it is highly rumored that Evans might appear in the film as Steve Rogers. Even in January, fans were surprised listening to the rumors of Steve Evans returning to the MCU. But the actor immediately tweeted “News to me” to neutralize the hype.
However, Chris Hemsworth will surely return as Thor again in the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder. The project is going to be helmed by Taika Waititi and will also feature Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, Jaimie Alexander as Lady Sif, and some Guardians of the Galaxy members including Chris Pratt as Star-Lord, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Dave Bautista as Drax, and Sean Gunn as Rocket. In addition to all these characters who will return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Thor: Love and Thunder will also feature Christian Bale as Gorr the God Butcher. At last, it was also announced officially that Russell Crowe will be playing Zeus in the film.
With that said, Thor: Love and Thunder is scheduled to get a theatrical release on February 11, 2022.
