“Absolutely. I have uniforms”: Control Freak Kim Kardashian Has Inhuman Dress Code for Own Employees Because ‘Her House is So Zen’
Kim Kardashian is one of the most successful women in the world. Having led various business ventures, especially in the fashion industry, she has built herself as a brand many often dream of. However, her bossy persona gets even stronger when she is at her big mansion as her staff would have to follow what she demands.
The 42-year-old socialite is known for her unique minimalistic fashion style which can even be observed from her massive mansion. She has put almost everything to her accord to maintain the mansion’s unique tone even if it means a strict uniform for her employees!
Kim Kardashian Enforces a Uniform for Her Staff
In a recent appearance on Angie Martinez‘s IRL podcast on Monday, the TV personality star, Kim Kardashian talked about various topics which have been happening in her life, including her house rules for her staff members. The makeup mogul discussed her staff clothes when the host observed that employees at Kardashian’s office were “color coordinated.”
“Absolutely. I have uniforms,” the socialite responded stating that she has enforced the same on all the workers working for her. She then mentioned that the uniform is actually a specific color palette that they must follow.
“It’s not like, ‘Hey, this is like, your uniform. It’s just color palettes.”
Revealing that she helps her staff in choosing their look, she said that she has a “handbook” for employees. Accordingly, the staff can wear “grays, heather gray, black, navy, white, cream, khaki,” basically sticking “with all neutrals. Not a lot of color blocking.”
To think, she would have instructed a specific color palette to be her staff’s uniform would be quite overbearing, however, she mentioned that she had their input before coming to any conclusion.
Kim Kardashian Took Input from Her Employees Before Enforcing The Color Palette Rules
The mother of four in the podcast revealed that she had discussed with her employees about their uniforms or using a specific color palette in her house before deciding anything on her own.
She shared,
“My house is so zen, so I asked how everyone felt about it and they all said: ‘That would make our life so easy.'”
That made things quite smooth for her as she told the host,
“And once everyone was on board and thought it would be easier for them, I thought ‘Yeah, let’s do this!’,”
It’s quite a strict rule to be imposed on the employees to wear a specific set of colors they have to be in as long as they’re working from her home.
