Adam Warlock will not appear on Guardians of the Galaxy 3
The fans anticipated the arrival of Adam Warlock on Guardians of the Galaxy 3. The post-credits of the sequel included the character. ‘Ayesha’ calls his name in the post-credit scene. James Gunn is the filmmaker. He denied Adam Warlock’s appearance in volume 3.
In James Gunn’s Words:
He recently had a Q/A with his fans on Instagram. Gunn says he never confirmed Adam Warlock’s character in the third part of the movie. James Gunn clarified and said, “I never said Adam Warlock was in the movie”. They revealed that at some point they wanted to add the character to the movie and also the team behind Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame wanted it, but the character declined due to plot and story.
Reason for not choosing ‘Adam Warlock’:
Christopher Marker gives the reason behind the rejection of the character in the movie, and his opinion is that to introduce Adam Warlock in the threequel, they will have to make a movie on him. His introduction takes place first. “He can’t just walk onscreen” was said. Then Christopher says they think they have enough characters in the movie and the movie will survive without one ‘Adam Walker’. Later, he says that they felt ‘ehhh’ about Adam Warlock while looking at the movie poster.
