Ariana Greenblatt is defying all odds as a young actress in Hollywood. In an industry where it’s hard to make space for yourself and be memorable, sixteen-year-old Greenblatt has set records that established veterans find hard to surpass. Her vitae is more impressive than some established actors. The actress recently made her Star Wars debut playing Young Ahsoka in the fifth episode of the Disney+ show of the same name.
While landing a role in the Star Wars universe is not an easy feat in itself, it is not Greenblatt’s biggest achievement.

The New York born star started her acting career in TV shows like Liv and Maddie and Stuck in the Middle. Her acting skills at such a young age and charismatic presence on-screen earned her a dedicated fanbase.
Her latest feature as a younger version of Ahsoka Tano launched her career to stratosphere. Greenblatt left a strong impression on the audience and critics in just one episode. Her fans loved her portrayal of the Jedi knight.
She also happened to star in two movies which are termed as one of the most successful movies of all-time. And this is only the beginning for Ariana Greenblatt.

Ariana Greenblatt’s Remarkable Record

Although, her grandparents are Tony-award winning broadway producers, so that might have something to do with it.
But Greenblatt has pretty much made it on her own. Her earlier stints with Disney proved to be very fruitful for her in the future. She got a part in what will become one of the greatest films of all time. In Marvel Avengers: Infinity War, Greenblatt plays young Gamorra, who has some conversations of importance with her father Thanos. Her role is small in the film yet impactful.
The list of her features in small roles in movies is not a short one either. The most recent one being Greta Gerwig’s Barbie. Her other credits include 65, co-starring Adam Driver, The One and Only Ivan, Love and Monsters, Awake, In the Heights, etc.
Even with the impressive list of roles she has done, Greenblatt’s most notable record is being part of not one but two films which are in the billion dollar club. These films have established Greenblatt as a bankable star. Rosario Dawson who played adult Ahsoka is yet to achieve this level of box-office success.
A industry as competitive and as hostile as Hollywood, it’s unwise to predict things too soon. But with what has happened so far, looks like Ariana Greenblatt is here to stay.
