The singer has never openly dated anyone before. However, she did discuss her ideal partner in an Instagram live video once. However, it was then claimed that she began dating DDG in 2022. The well-known YouTuber Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr. better known by his stage name DDG has established a thriving rap career from the ground up. He began making videos in 2014. His special talent for creating popular vlogs and parodies earned him millions of dollars as well as a loyal fan base. In a November 2022 interview with Complex, DDG quipped that he was a ladies’ guy growing up but is now married. He later clarified that he is not legally married to Bailey but would still like to marry the singer at some point in the future. They first fueled romance rumors when they were seen together at an Usher concert in January 2022. They made their romance official on Instagram in March, two months later.

According to rumors, the 24-year-old rapper shared a message on Twitter that led followers to believe that something wasn’t right between him and Halle Bailey. The rapper for Hood Melody wrote, “All these girls are the same.” A crying emoji was also included, followed by the words “Ain’t no way.” He quickly removed the tweet.
