First of all, Garfield should get an Oscar for his acting off-screen itself. Forever and ever he kept denying his involvement with the film until he actually appeared. After seeing Maguire and Garfield alongside Holland was a dream come true and the moment when they team up together will make you squeal like a little fangirl. But we have some new information. During his interview with Entertainment Tonight, Garfield revealed his crazy adventure with Tobey. He said:

“I snuck into a theatre on opening night and just watched with my baseball cap on and my mask. In fact, I was also with Tobey — I and Tobey snuck into a theatre together and no one knew we were there. It was just a really beautiful thing to share together.”

However, Garfield particularly didn’t expect a call for this project. But when he got the call, it didn’t take much for him to get on board. During his interview with Variety, he said:
“I wasn’t expecting to ever have a conversation again about potentially playing Peter Parker. I felt very excited just to be a fan again. But I got this call from Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige and Jon Watts with this idea. It was immediately undeniable.”
