Armie Hammer gets a restraining order against him dropped
Earlier this month, on February 1, a 26-year-old woman filed a case against Armie Hammer. She was granted a restraining order against him on February 3 but the restraining order was dropped after both parties failed to appear before a judge this Wednesday. According to sources, the woman claimed that Hammer allegedly tried to choke her to death during s*x.
According to court documents obtained, the woman claimed that she already had a consensual s*xual history with the Rebecca actor. She even mentioned that they had a ‘safe word‘ and safe signal “in situations where it was too much for one of us.” However, Hammer allegedly ignored both the safe word and safe signal under the influence of alcohol in a New York City incident last year.

Armie Hammer’s attorney, Andrew Brettler gave a statement earlier this week to share some information about the case. Brettler said, “Armie does not know this person, has never heard of this person.” He further added that Hammer “was in Los Angeles on the day when the alleged incident supposedly occurred in New York City.” The attorney further mentioned that they even have photographs of Hammer in LA on the date of discussion.
Earlier this month, the actor claimed that all of his s*xual encounters have been consensual in nature. The actor owned up to his mistakes and said although he has been an ‘a**hole‘ to women in the past, he is now “a healthier, happier, more balanced person.”
