‘Been Trying To Do This Separation Without The World Knowing’: MCU Star Florence Pugh Says She Kept Split With Zach Braff A Secret Because Trespassing Media Goes Too Far
Florence Pugh, the talented English actress, most popularly known as Yelena Belova who is the sister of Black Widow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe recently revealed that she has broken up with actor, Zach Braff. For those who may be unaware, Zach Braff is an American actor, best known for his role as J.D or John Dorian in the medical TV drama Scrubs. However, Zach Braff has also been in other projects, not only as an actor but also as a director with A Good Person being a film he is directing while Florence Pugh acts as a producer. As for the actress, she can be spotted very soon in her upcoming movie Don’t Worry Darling which is set to release on the 23rd of September 2022.
Florence Pugh’s relationship with Zack Braff
About three years into their relationship, the two initially made their relationship public in 2019. However, Florence Pugh, 26, and Zach Braff, 47, faced criticism for their 21-year age difference during their relationship, which they frequently defended. The fans of both actor and actress were extremely insensitive and harsh about their opinions of their relationship to a point where Florence Pugh had to address her fans on her official Instagram page through a live where she informed her fans that they have no business giving their opinion on the actress’s personal life.
The breakup of the couple
It seems that all of the social media pressure from both parties have finally caused irreparable damage to their relationship as Florence Pugh goes on to state:
“Whenever I feel like that line has been crossed in my life, whether it’s paparazzi taking private moments or moments that aren’t even real, or gossip channels that encourage members of the public to share private moments of famous people walking down the street, I think it’s incredibly wrong.”
Her view on the paparazzi is something that even other stars have complained about as well. “I don’t think that people, just because they have this job, that every aspect of their life should be watched and written about. We haven’t signed up for a reality TV show.” Clearly, the actress is uncomfortable being part of news headlines that twist and mangle the truth of the life she lives which frustrates her deeply. As for the fans who have been theorizing who her next romantic interest could be, Florence Pugh has debunked those as well.
Why Florence Pugh kept it under covers
As many fans have just got an update on the Black Widow actress‘s love life, many may be wondering why this was not revealed publicly to clear out any future misunderstandings with her following. To that, the actress simply puts it across as “We’ve been trying to do this separation without the world knowing because it’s been a relationship that everybody has an opinion on.”
“We just felt something like this would really do us the benefit of not having millions of people telling us how happy they are that we’re not together. So we’ve done that. I automatically get a lumpy throat when I talk about it.” The unfortunate tale of how this relationship ended leaves a heavy rock at the bottom of those who supported the relationship. Needless to mention, Florence Pugh has now put all her focus into her filmmaking.
