Ben Affleck surprises Jennifer Lopez on her special day

Jennifer Lopez recently turned 54, and the actress had a bash on her birthday. She celebrated her special day with her friends and family. JLo was over the moon with the surprise birthday bash planned by her husband, Ben Affleck. The Marry Me actress gushing over her husband revealed the details of her intimate birthday bash.

Lopez in the hot addition of On The JLo newsletter, revealed how the Gone Girl star threw her a surprise party at their newly purchased $60 million Beverly Hills mansion.  

She wrote,

“Ben hosted it at our new house with our closest family and friends. All the kids were there. It was a gorgeous day full of sunshine and perfect for a pool party!!”

The Mother star further added,

“I felt so appreciated and acknowledged by my loved ones, and I’m extremely grateful to be where I am today at this point in my life’s journey with so many beautiful, caring people to share it all with.”

For her special day, the Let’s Get Loud hitmaker donned a backless, silver dress as she was seen dancing on the table. The surprise party by Ben Affleck was a sweet gesture for his wife. Jennifer Lopez has been concerned about her marriage with the Air director, as they have been reports surrounding trouble in their paradise.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez celebrate their first anniversary

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, are great examples of love rekindling after a long separation, and they recently marked a year anniversary as a married pair. Lopez and Affleck revived their romance in 2021 after a twenty-year breakup. The pair initially met back in 2002, but eventually split in 2004.

After the breakup, the duo pursued other relationships and started families of their own. However, their story took a turn when they started dating in 2021. The couple got hitched in July 2022 and recently celebrated their first anniversary.

The Air director and JLo celebrated their first anniversary by bringing their families out to lunch in Beverly Hills. Later that night, the two of them went on a romantic date to Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica. Affleck’s son Samuel joined the singer’s twins Emme and Maximilian for lunch. However, the actor’s daughters, Violet and Seraphina, were missing from the lunch date.
