Kanye West Slams Joe Biden for Not Taking Advice of Elon Musk
On Saturday, the 45-year-old rapper, Kanye West gave a lengthy two-hour interview with Piers Morgan on the latter’s show, Piers Morgan Uncensored where the rapper opened up about many topics and gave his remarks on them.
Sharing about his views on loving each other and making this world a better place, he stated how 1% of the world is “placed in power” while the rest is “audience.” Stating that the one percent has to come together to achieve world peace, he pointed out the “obvious” example of the U.S. President not “listening” to the Tesla founder, Elon Musk.
“Biden doesn’t listen to Elon Musk. The President of [the] United States does not have meetings with Elon Musk,” the American rapper, who goes by the name Ye stated.
He then slammed the President by stating, “That is F–king Ret–ded, I know I’m not supposed to say that Biden, but that’s f–king ret–ded, Biden,” referring to a commander-in-chief who according to him has to listen to tech mogul.
Though the host reminded West that his harsh remark will offend many people, particularly those who work in the mental health field, the rapper was unbothered by that fact.
He Addressed The Recent White Lives Matter T-Shirt Controversy
The American rapper, recently made headlines by wearing a T-shirt with White Lives Matter written on it at his Yeezy fashion show which was held in Paris. Not only the rapper but a few of the models were also spotted wearing the same at the show.
For the unversed, the phrase White Lives Matter is to counter the Black Lives Matter phrase which was used to protest against brutality, as a hate statement. He faced major public backlash over the show and his use of the white supremacist phrase. However, Ye backfired on almost everyone from fashion editors to former friends and luxury mogul Bernard Arnault.
Regarding his recent incident, he shared that people ask him, “When are you going home, I’m so afraid” stating that people thought that Ye would cancel himself however he clarified that he “won’t”. He added, “I’m gonna keep on delivering what I feel.”
He also mentioned that he was tired of being picked from the “left media” which is why he shared that he will keep on speaking about things as according to him, people want him quiet!
