The ex-couple bought the Chateau Miraval winery in 2008 for an estimated $28.3 million and agreed that they will not sell their interests in the company. However, the Maleficent star sold her stake to liquor company Stoli, and Brad Pitt decided to sue her for it.

Angelina Jolie’s fans are celebrating as her team has managed to subpoena documents from Brad Pitt and his business manager.

Page Six has revealed that a close source to Angelina Jolie has claimed that Brad Pitt was still frustrated after his break-up. They said,

“Any rational human being would be happy for Stoli to [be a partner in their business]. They have top-notch marketing and distribution. He just can’t see past his hatred of Jolie.”

A source close to Brad Pitt told Page Six that had he previously rejected an offer to sell the winery when the couple were still together. The source added,

“The best way to retain value for [their kids] is for the parents to retain full ownership of this increasingly valuable and expanding asset.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie started dating in 2005 and they split up in 2016.
