Spears expressed her desire to move forward in her life, stating that she wanted to marry and have a baby, but was informed that it was not possible under the current arrangement.
She revealed that she currently has an IUD in place, which is preventing her from getting pregnant. However, despite her wishes to have it removed and try for another child, her team will not allow her to visit the doctor for the procedure. Spears believed that the conservatorship is causing her more harm than good.

In a post on Instagram on May 14, 2022, the couple shared the devastating news that they had miscarried their miracle baby in the early stages of the pregnancy. They also requested privacy during this difficult period as they continue to try and expand their family.
The couple added that they should have kept the news under wraps until they were further along, but their excitement had gotten the better of them. Despite the situation, they declared that their love for each other remained their source of strength. Asghari added in the comments, “We will have a miracle soon,” and the post was quickly flooded with heartfelt comments from fans wishing the couple their condolences.

The caption asked fans to guess if the new addition was a boy or a girl and thanked her partner, @samasghari. Asghari responded in the comments with a series of surprised face emojis.
It must have been incredibly difficult for Spears and her partner to experience the loss of their pregnancy. However, it is comforting to know that they are currently doing better. With the help and encouragement of their supporters and family, one can only hope that the newlyweds’ hearts will eventually mend and that they will soon begin to achieve their aspirations.
