The Oscars 2022 Infamous Incident Where Will Smith Slapped Chris Rock
At the 94th Academy Awards, Chris Rock was slapped by the Ali actor. Chris Rock took the Oscars stage as a presenter and made a joke about the actor’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. Soon after, he was seen slapping the comedian on the live stage. The comedian had remarked to his wife saying that the bald look Jada had made her look like the GI Jane protagonist. For the unversed, Jada Pinkett Smith suffers from alopecia, a medical condition that makes hair fall by attacking hair follicles, and she has been open about this to the public.
Mr. Smith publicly apologized to the comedian following the resignation from the Academy, which then banned him from attending their ceremonies for the next 10 years.

I never liked Chris Rock. His humor to me is not funny. What he said about Will Smith’s wife was not acceptable yet the academy sided with him. Unbelievable!
