Although there are people appreciating Chris Rock’s recent Netflix Special Selective Outrage, there are others who slammed the comedian for being a “bully”. Michael Jackson’s nephew, Taj Jackson recently made headlines for slamming Rock with his Twitter post. The musician seems to have reached the limits of being patient with Chris Rock.
Calling out the comedian for using the Jackson family as a punching bag throughout his career, Taj Jackson seemed to be the only person who thanked Will Smith for the Oscar 2022 slap. Although Chris Rock’s fans had been waiting for the comedian to open up about his feelings regarding the slapgate incident, Taj Jackson dissed him through his Twitter post.
Taj Jackson Calls Chris Rock A Bully
On March 6th, Michael Jackson’s nephew Taj Jackson reached his limit of patience and took to Twitter to slam Chris Rock. After Chris Rock’s Netflix Special Selective Outrage aired during the weekend, the musician expressed his feelings and thoughts regarding the show, through his social handle. Since Chris Rock brought up Michael Jackson among several other famous names in his routine, Taj Jackson felt the necessity to diss him.
Taking to his Twitter handle, Michael Jackson’s nephew, expressed what a bully Rock has been to the Jackson family. “Chris Rock has used my family as punching bags for his entire career. Yet I am supposed to feel bad for him getting slapped and humiliated on the Oscars.” Taj Jackson wrote. Trying to derive hahas from his audience, Jackson claimed, Rock perpetually targeted Michael Jackson for his alleged crimes. Things didn’t change over the years since the comedian yet again used the King of Pop’s name to try and make his audience laugh during his Netflix Special.
The original 3T group member, after watching Chris Rock‘s comedy special pointed out several things through his Twitter post. “After seeing a new clip of him attacking my dead uncle in the first minutes of his ‘Retaliation-I’m still relevant’ special, I have 3 things to say.” Taj Jackson wrote. Further, he went on to mention the list of things he felt were worthy of being addressed.
Taj Jackson Thankful For The Oscar 2022 Slap
People have always noticed how Chris Rock purposefully used Michael Jackson’s name as the soul of his jokes through the years. However, Taj Jackson coming out releasing the water under the bridge made few fans realize the comedian was tokenizing himself to his fellow white comedians.
In Rock’s comedy special, he spoke diligently about the slapgate incident, as if it was closure for him. However, taking notes from that bit of the routine, Taj Jackson thanked Will Smith for the slap. The musician pointed out three things, one being, “What did my family ever do to you to warrant these decades of harassment and your constant bullying disguise as jokes?”

Seeking answers for continuous harassment, Jackson proceeded to his second point. “Just because you were bullied early on in life doesn’t give you the excuse to bully others now” stating hard facts about the cycle of bullying, Michael Jackson’s nephew finally ended his tweet with his third point. “Thank you Will Smith” Taj Jackson seems to have found his closure through the slapgate incident.
Although fans had been anxiously waiting for Chris Rock to drop his special and address the slapgate incident, it seems not everyone was happy. Taj Jackson pointing out hard facts about Chris Rock, from an emotional standpoint seems to have shaken the internet.
