Christian Bale portrayed the role of Batman who is the main protagonist in Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy.

However, when his salary gets compared to Christian Bale’s salary for Batman Begins, it is quite less compared to his predecessor’s. One good reason for that could be inflation. According to the reports by Celebrity Net Worth, Bale received $9 million upfront for Batman Begins. He was reportedly offered $10 million in addition to a $20 million bonus to return for The Dark Knight. While his base salary was set up at $15 million for The Dark Knight Rises.

That being said, reportedly, Robert Pattinson is the lowest-paid movie Batman so far as other actors who portrayed the DC hero got more than 2022’s The Batman star. Val Kilmer and George Clooney received $7 million and $10 million, respectively. It might be possible that the Twilight actor’s salary will get an increase only if Warner Bros. plans for The Batman sequel that too does well at the box office.

Christian Bale will be seen as Gorr The God Butcher in Marvel Studios’ Thor: Love and Thunder, which will be released on July 7.
