Fans have been shocked after the news of Indiana Jones star Christian Oliver’s death, along with his beloved daughters, came out. The actor’s real name is Christian Klepser and tragically died at the age of 51 when their plane crashed into the waters off Bequia.
According to reports, the German actor and his young daughters were on holiday, and while returning, their plane crashed into the sea off a Caribbean island on Thursday, January 4, 2024. Oliver’s ex-wife Jessica Muroz shared the deceased children with the actor, and now the three have grievously died, leaving Muroz alone.

Christian Klepser, known by his stage name Christian Oliver, tragically died in a plane crash along with his two daughters, Madita, 10, and Annik, 12. Oliver shared the children with his ex-wife Jessica Muroz, who’s a West Coast Regional Manager at Wundabar Pilates. According to Mirror’s report, Muroz wasn’t traveling with her ex-husband and children in the plane. Among the four deceased is pilot Robert Sachs, who owned the plane.

The exact reason for the crash hasn’t been revealed, but videos are surfacing on the internet captured by the people around the sea. Oliver and his ex-wife reportedly parted ways in 2021 and occasionally appeared in front of the media as a couple.

Christian Oliver’s Last Movie Before His Tragic Death
Christian Oliver has been a part of various projects, of which his notable films are Racer, The Good German, Valkyrie, and the latest was Harrison Ford’s Indiana Jones. The actor even shared a post on his Instagram about wrapping up work and being excited for 2024.
Oliver captioned his last post, “Greetings from somewhere in paradise! To community and love …2024 here we come!”. Fans have shared their condolences via comments on the post. WundaBar Pilates’ page on Instagram has shared the official statement from Jessica Klepser and her family. The post is captioned as:
“We are deeply saddened by the tragic plane accident on January 4, 2024, which took the lives of our beloved family members. Our daughters, Madita (12), and Annik (10), along with their father Christian, were returning from a holiday in the Caribbean when the single-engine plane they were traveling in experienced engine trouble and fell into the ocean. Unfortunately, all four passengers on the small aircraft did not survive.”
The post continues and describes Oliver’s daughters as amazing girls who will be immensely missed by their family. Oliver’s elder daughter was a 7th grader, while his youngest was in grade 4. The actor is survived by his parents and his sister in Germany.
